Very nice helpful and courteous
We arrived at 3, took a number and waited patiently. At 4:50 we were told that the person who was still at the computer would be the last to be seen today because they close at 5 pm. There was still a room full of people...some who were already there when we arrived. Apparently there is just ONE computer for all constituents to use for whatever their license or ID needs are. To bad we weren’t told at 3 that there was just the ONE computer to use and that it was unlikely we would be seen today. Next time we will just take our chances with waiting all day at the main office on Woodrow Wilson. When I had my license renewed there the wait was just minutes and even if we wait hours at least there will be more than ONE computer. Now I have a very disappointed 15 year old who really wanted to take her driver’s exam and who missed biology for nothing.
