Horrible location, will hopefully never come back here again. Been here for 14 hours. Always something; meat is not ready, scan machine isn't working etc. Careless behavior, tried to explain that this is not normal and outside if industry standards, office clerk got extremely mad and said that if I don't leave office immediately, will be removed by security. Horrible, horrible, horrible, I'd rather took cheaper load and be home sooner rather than loosing voluable time here.
